A fire has broken out at an address in Stourbridge today (Sunday, November 26).
West Midlands Fire Service warned people to keep away from the area as they tackled a blaze on the Brierley Hill Road in Wordsley.
The fire was reported at around 5pm with residents taking to social media in response to the incident.
On resident, Lisa Hickman, said: “Brierley Hill Road closed. Looks like a big fire at the Sammy. Find an alternative route.”
It was later confirmed that the fire broke out at the Samson and Lion.
The pub has now reopened following the incident.
