A TRADITIONAL Black Country pub in Dudley town centre has gone on the market.
The Old Priory in New Street has been listed for sale with leisure property specialists Fleurets, with a £195,000 price tag (plus VAT).
Sales particulars say the freehold pub has “an attractive frontage and character interiors, a fantastic location close to all town centre amenities/attractions, small kitchen, yard area and three-bedroom private accommodation”.
Andy Tudor, divisional director of Fleurets Midlands, said: “The Old Priory is the epitome of a welcoming and traditional Black Country pub.
“It is a simple, unfussy one-room pub but boasts a lot of character; has the scope to add a food offer and is well positioned within the town centre.”
He added: “It’s a great opportunity for an owner-operator or small multiple.”
