UPDATE: The road has now reopened (Tuesday January 23) as work has been completed.
A DUDLEY road has closed due to a water leak.
An emergency closure of Tower Street has been made, with the road expected to remain closed until Friday (January 26) .
The road is closed from the junction of New Street.
The diversion is via New street, Castle Street, The Broadway, Ednam Road, Priory Road and vice versa.
A spokesperson for Dudley Council said: "The restriction is required to facilitate the repair of a water leak."
