A FORMER day centre in Dudley is set to go under the hammer with a £200k guide price.
The former Woodside Day Centre site on Highgate Road is being sold off by Dudley Council.
It is coming up as a lot at an SDL Property Auctions sale on Thursday May 30.
Sales notes state: "The site extends to 1.27 acres or thereabouts and comprises a substantial detached Victorian building, previously used for Mental Health Services by the Dudley Metropolitan Council along with parking and land.
"We feel the site may be suitable for redevelopment or repurposed for other services, all subject to obtaining appropriate planning permission."
A spokesman for the firm said: "Interest so far has been substantial.
"The lot is being sold on behalf of Dudley MBC.
"The site offers buyers an opportunity to create subject to planning housing or potential a mixed use scheme to enhance the local community with the building lending itself well to several alternate uses."
