A MAN was taken to hospital after emergency services rushed to Fenton Street, Brockmoor, yesterday afternoon.
Paramedics were alerted to reports of an emergency at around 5.20pm on Thursday May 23.
Onlookers reported a man having fallen into the road.
West Midlands Ambulance Service confirmed it sent medical teams to the scene including a critical care paramedic.
A spokesperson for the ambulance service said: “We were called to an incident on Fenton Street at 5.21pm yesterday, one ambulance and a MERIT trauma doctor, with a critical care paramedic, attended the scene.
“On arrival we discovered one patient, a man, who following treatment was taken to Russell’s Hall Hospital.”
