A FORMER car park in Gornal is going to auction for sale this week.
The car park in Turner Street is set to go under the hammer at a property auction on Thursday May 30.
The freehold parcel of land, located at the end of Turner Street – behind secure gates, has a guide price of £10,000+ plus fees, and sales particulars say there’s a potential change of use (subject to obtaining necessary planning consents).
The auctioneers have said there are Tree Preservation Orders on some of the trees surrounding the site.
The national property auction, organised by SDL Property Auctions, will start at 9am and will be broadcast on the SDL website.
Registration for bidding closes at 5pm the day before the auction.
Interested parties are advised to inspect the legal pack before bidding and prospective buyers are advised to make all necessary independent enquiries prior to bidding.
