Get your cape on for the Superhero 5k Fun Run.

The day will also feature a competition for the best-dressed team and individual.
Starting at 11am, the event will see the caped athletes run three laps around the lake, with participants able to opt for walking, jogging, or running (or perhaps even flying) around the route.
Plenty of activities will also be up for grabs on the day, with martial arts sessions, storytelling, fair rides, hair braiding, face painting and performing dance troupes to keep the crowd entertained, as well as over 26 stalls of arts and crafts and food vendors.
The National Express West Midlands Pensnett Garage will offer a free shuttle service from Dudley and Himley Hall on an hourly basis throughout the day.
Diane Wake, chief executive of the Dudley Group, said: "The Superhero 5k fun run and fun day, is a fantastic family day out.
"Anyone attending the event would help towards providing the best possible environment to support our children, young patients, and their families.
"The funding supports new projects, lifesaving research and the latest equipment to ensure we can continue providing brilliant care."
