THIS busy road in Wall Heath will be closed to traffic while road resurfacing takes place.
Swindon Road will be closed from Thursday June 6 to Thursday June 13, from Summerhill to Kidderminster Road, as part of phase one of the works.
Traffic will be diverted via: Summerhill, Moss Grove, Dudley Road, High Street, Kidderminster Road and vice versa.
Phase two will see the road closed from Kidderminster Road to Enville Road, with traffic diverted via: Kidderminster Road, High Street, Enville Road and vice versa.
Dudley’s highways chiefs have ordered the restrictions to enable to carriageway resurfacing works to take place safely.
The works will be carried out on two separate weeks, with the closures in place for a maximum of two days on each week.
