A DRIVER was arrested and more than 20 motorists were reported for offences by police conducting a road traffic operation in Dudley.
Officers stopped more than 40 vehicles, reported 22 drivers for offences, arrested one driver, recovered two stolen vehicles, seized four vehicles for having no insurance or tax and prohibited six vehicles for having defects, during the operation yesterday (Tuesday June 4).

West Midlands Police's traffic team tweeted: "RHPT have been conducting a MARSO (Multi Agency Road Safety Operations) in the @DudleyPolice area.
"40 vehicles stopped, 22 drivers reported for offences, 1 arrested, 2 stolen vehicles id'd by @DatatagID and seized, 4 seized for no insurance/tax & 6 vehicles prohibited for defects."
