A WOMAN has been taken to hospital after a car crashed into railings in Dudley earlier today (Monday June 17).
The incident happened in Buffery Road just after 12.30pm.
West Midlands Ambulance Service sent an ambulance to the incident which left the road partially blocked near Green Road and saw National Express buses 7 and 19 temporarily diverted.
A spokesperson for the ambulance service said: “We were called to reports of a car that had crashed into railings on Buffery Road at 12.37pm, one ambulance attended the scene.
“On arrival we discovered one patient, a woman, who was treated for injuries not believed to be serious before being taken to Russell’s Hall Hospital.”
