NUMEROUS parking tickets have been issued to drivers who have parked badly near schools.
Dudley Town Police officers slapped the tickets on cars and a truck parked on pavements, double yellow lines and yellow zig zags, around Netherton schools this morning (Thursday July 11).
They shamed the drivers by sharing pictures of their illegal parking.
One picture showed a car parked blocking the pavement and on double yellow lines on Clarence Road by Sledmere Primary School.

Dudley Town Police tweeted: "Officers have been out on patrol this morning patrolling operation Parksafe at Netherton schools numerous tickets have been issued.
"Please be aware and more careful about where you park around our schools and think of the safety of our children."
