HIGHWAYS chiefs have issued a temporary closure notice for a public right of way in Castle Hill, Dudley, while demolition work takes place.
The right of way will be closed from today (Monday July 29) to Monday October 21.
Pedestrians will be diverted via Dudley Zoo car park next to 13 Castle Hill while the right of way between the Black Country Combat Martial Arts building and the Black Country Innovative Manufacturing Organisation is closed.
Dudley’s highways department has closed the route to ensure the safety of workers and pedestrians while demolition work takes place in the vicinity of 13 and 15 Castle Hill to make way for the Midland Metro.
