A man has been charged with firearms offences after a gun was seized in Dudley.
West Midlands Police said they were called to reports of a man with a firearm in the Pensnett Road area at around 2pm on Sunday (August 11).
Police said that during a search of a vehicle, officers found and seized a gun and a man in his 60s was arrested.
Martin Gordon, aged 64, of Brierley Hill Road, appeared at Wolverhampton Magistrates' Court yesterday (Tuesday, August 13).
He has been charged with possessing a firearm and having ammunition without a licence.
The 64-year-old has been remanded in custody until a further hearing on Tuesday, September 10 at Wolverhampton Crown Court.
