JUST one home remains at a five-star Shared Ownership development in Kingswinford.
Stallings Place, off Oak Lane, comprises a mix of two and three-bedroom homes in different styles.
Platform Home Ownership, in collaboration with five-star housebuilder Keepmoat, now has just one high-quality, energy-efficient home left available at the development.
The last available home at Stallings Place is the Marlow, with contemporary fittings, areas for remote working and open-plan designs.
Shared ownership allows home seekers to buy a share of their home and pay rent on the remaining amount, typically buying between 10 per cent and 75 per cent of the property’s full market value.
This lowers the amount needed for a deposit, with most deposits on Shared Ownership schemes between five per cent and 10 per cent of the share and not the full amount.
Ryan Harris, area sales manager at Platform, said: “We’re really pleased to be contributing towards the increased demand for affordable routes onto the property ladder in the West Midlands region.
“Stallings Place has been an incredibly popular development, which is no surprise giving the high specification of the homes in a fantastic location.
“There has been lots of interest surrounding the final home, which we don’t expect to be on the market for too long so please get in touch with our friendly sales team to avoid missing out.”
