THE ambulance service has confirmed a woman has died after a large emergency services presence was seen in a Brierley Hill street.

Paramedics were called to Woodbury Close just before 3pm yesterday (Monday September 2).

Nothing could be done to save the woman, however, and she was confirmed dead at the scene.
