PUNK icon John Lydon is to return to Dudley as part of a new national tour.
The former Sex Pistols frontman, also known as Johnny Rotten, will be at Dudley Town Hall on Saturday October 18 next year.
His show I Could Be Wrong, I Could Be Right will see Lydon talk about how he sees life, before taking audience questions about his unique and extraordinary career.
Tickets go on sale at 10am today (Friday September 6) and are expected to be snapped up quickly.
They can be booked online at boroughhalls.co.uk, or by calling the box office on 01384 812812.
It will be the second time Lydon has performed in the town. In 2021 he flew over from Los Angeles to perform a one-off show at the St James’s Road venue, and is now returning by popular demand.
Rupert Knowlden, manager for Dudley Borough Halls, said: “We are absolutely delighted to be welcoming John back to Dudley, after he was so well received in front of a packed house the last time he was here.
“He is an icon and a revolutionary. As frontman and lyricist of the Sex Pistols, he changed the face of music and sparked a cultural revolution.
“As he lives out in LA and rarely works in the UK nowadays, this is a rare opportunity for fans to see him up-close and personal."
