A man accused of committing vehicle crimes across Dudley has appeared in court in connection with a series of offences across the town.
Wayne Ball, aged 39, from Dudley, was arrested last week in connection with a spate of thefts from cars parked around the town centre, The Priory and neighbouring residential areas.
The 39-year-old was later charged with five counts of vehicle interference, two counts of fraud by false representation and three counts of theft from a motor vehicle.
He appeared before Wolverhampton Magistrates' Court on Saturday, September 14 and has been bailed with strict conditions ahead of his next appearance at Walsall Magistrates' Court in April 2025.
A spokesperson for West Midlands Police said: "Tackling vehicle crime is a priority for us at Dudley Police and a dedicated operation has been launched across the borough to identify those committing crime while reducing offences."
