A man has been arrested on suspicion of burglary after officers found him hiding in a bush in the Black Country.
West Midlands Police said they were called to Bagnall Street in Tipton yesterday evening (Tuesday, September 24) to reports of diesel theft.
Officers searched the area and found a man hiding in a bush.
Jerry cans and items to assist with the theft were also recovered from the scene.
A 40-year-old man has now been arrested on suspicion of burglary.
He remains in police custody for questioning.
