A range of job opportunities will be up for grabs at the upcoming Wolverhampton Job Fair.
The event, organised by the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) and Retention Employment Services at Black Country Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, will offer a range of job opportunities in the Black Country.
It will take place on Wednesday, November 6 at the Bob Jones Community Centre.
The fair is open to anyone seeking employment in the Black Country, with employers ready to discuss their vacancies and offer application advice.
Organisations from different sectors, including the University of Wolverhampton, Wolverhampton Homes, and Good Shepherd, will attend.
The IPS and Retention team supports individuals across the Black Country who want to enter paid employment or change their jobs to better suit their needs.
This service is available to those open to secondary mental health services in the Black Country.
The team consists of vocational specialists who provide one-to-one assistance to help individuals achieve their goals.
They help clients identify job opportunities, apply for jobs, and provide support in the workplace.
Previous job fairs organised by the team have seen over 170 attendees and showcased over 20 organisations with vacancies in the area.
The upcoming event will be open to both the general public and IPS clients.
It will run from 9.30am to 1.30pm.
Laura Ray, team lead for IPS Wolverhampton, said: "Our last jobs fair received fantastic feedback from employers and job seekers who found the day informative and supportive.
"Our vocational specialists are on hand to help individuals find paid, sustainable employment as well as engaging with suitable employers to match the right candidates to the right roles.
"Anyone who is looking for a new role in the Black Country is welcome to come along and kick start their job search journey."
