A WALL Heath couple have transformed their garden into a Halloween House to help raise funds for a cause close to their hearts.

Thomas and Amy Taylor have created the seasonal attraction in their garden at 53 Brook Street after holding a successful similar event last year.

The spooky spectacle features animatronics, lighting and fog machines, creepy Halloween creatures and pumpkins - and this year a pirate ship and a ghoulish captain have been added to create a bigger and better display.

The couple have created the attraction as a way of raising funds for The Mary Stevens Hospice in Stourbridge which cared for Thomas’s father Steve in his final days before he died in May 2023.

Thomas said: “Mary Stevens Hospice was wonderful caring for my dad and my family and we want to give a little back so they can continue to care for other families at the most difficult time of their life.

“Dad always loved a big event and would go over the top to create something amazing, so it was only right that I carried on his passion, going bigger and better than last year!”

Halloween fans can visit the attraction free of charge – with donations for the hospice appreciated.

People can visit between Tuesday October 29 and Thursday October 31, from 5pm to 8.30pm; or those preferring a more relaxed, quieter time to see the spectacle can turn up between 2pm and 4pm on Halloween (Thursday October 31).
