16 large televisions have been installed in patient areas across the Dudley Group NHS Foundation Trust.
The new additions, funded by a charitable grant, aim to enhance patient experience by providing entertainment and a distraction from the clinical setting.
Jean-Marie Pegg, manager of the Same Day Emergency Care (SDEC) Unit, said: "We are incredibly grateful for this thoughtful donation to provide a vital source of entertainment and comfort to patients during their time with us.
"The TV is already proving to be beneficial for our patients and we’re really pleased we’re able to switch it on every morning."
Rebecca Davies, manager on Ward C1, added: "We are really appreciative of the TVs being donated to our ward.
"They bring joy to our patients, and we love seeing them engrossed in their favourite programmes."
The initiative is part of the charity’s ongoing project to fund high-quality televisions throughout the Trust to create a more positive environment for patients.
