STOURBRIDGE MP Cat Eccles is set to hold a community health and wellbeing fayre on Thursday December 5.
The event will take place at the Savoy Centre in Northfield Road, Netherton, from 11am to 2pm.
Representatives will be attending from a variety of organisations including the Department for Work and Pensions, HealthWatch, Home Instead, Primary Care Health Coach, Cranstoun, Black Country Healthcare, West Midlands Police, West Midlands Fire Service, Citizens Advice, Dudley Stroke Association, Public Health healthy ageing, Dudley Council Adult learning, Breast team for Dudley, Wolverhampton and South Staffs breast screening programme, Street League, ABL which offers health checks/signposting, Act on Energy and Age UK Birmingham.
Labour MP Cat said: “I am pleased to have a wide range of stallholders and representatives from local services, charities, and support organisations in attendance. They will be available to offer advice, answer questions, and provide assistance on various topics, including health and well-being, financial support, personal safety, and more. Plus, it’s a chance to enjoy a cup of tea and some company with neighbours.”
She said other similar events will be held throughout the year for those unable to attend this one.
