THREE men have been charged with firearms offences by following an incident on Pensnett High Street in December.
The men were arrested on December 2, 2010 following an incident in the early hours, where a gunshot was fired.
Officers arrested three men, aged 19, 20 and 21, nearby a short time later. The men have subsequently been charged and will appear before Dudley Magistrates Court on Friday.
The 19-year-old, from Great Bridge, will face charges of possession of an offensive weapon, attempted wounding with intent, possession of a firearm with intent to cause fear of violence.
The 20-year-old, from Walsall Wood, and the 21-year-old, from West Bromwich, will face charges of attempted wounding with intent, possession of a firearm with intent to cause fear of violence.
