THREE men are set to appear at Wolverhampton Crown Court following a shooting in Pensnett.
Curtis Christie, aged 21, from West Bromwich, Ngoni-Eric Mupondi, aged 20 from Walsall and 19 year-old Tim Musumbu of Great Bridge - who are all students - appeared at Dudley Magistrates Court today, following the incident on Pensnett High Street in the early hours of December 2 last year.
The three men are all charged with attempted wounding with intent and possession of a firearm with intent to cause fear of violence.
Musumbu, a student at Halesowen College, has also been charged with a further offence of possessing an offensive weapon.
Referring the case to crown court, Dudley Magistrates granted conditional bail to all three men, which included a prevention from entering Tiled House Lane in Pensnett.
They are set to appear at Wolverhampton on May 27.
