Netherton picked up some much-needed points with a six wicket win at Romsley and Hunnington.
The victory pulled them clear of the Worcestershire League Division Two relegation zone, which the hosts are now firmly rooted in.
Opening bowlers Zoheb Tariq (4-51) and Darren Hall (3-19) ripped through the Romsley top-order after the home side won the toss and chose to bat.
Three of the top five went without scoring with only some decent hitting from Matthew Whittlestone (21) and David Phillips (30 not out) helping Romsley to post 115 all out from 46.1 overs.
Netherton’s reply was given the best possible start by openers Mark Buttery and Paul Harris.
Buttery scored 21 while Harris struck an impressive 66 as the visitors got home in 32.4 overs.
The result moved Netherton up to ninth in the table, ahead of their visit to Stourport this Saturday.
