Netherton ensured they will spend another season in Worcester League Division Two with victory at Rushwick.
The four-wicket win ended any lingering relegation fears.
After winning the toss, the hosts were rueing their decision to bat when Jack Green and Darren Hall picked up early wickets.
Tom Bryant (40) and Chris Pearman (34) offered resistance but no partnerships passed the half-century mark as Zhoeb Tariq (3-23) put a severe dent in the middle order.
Rushwick finished on 149-9 from 47 overs. Netherton openers Paul Harris (16) and Ian Attwood (20) made a steady start but they fell in quick succession and when Tarab Nawaz was bowled by Sprague, the visitors were stuttering at 67-5.
Troy Lee and Hall put them in sight of victory with a sixth wicket partnership of 57. Though the latter was out for 33, Lee finished unbeaten on 34 as Netherton got home in 38.5 overs, Mohammed Nawaz finishing on 13 not out. Sprague finished with figures of 4-29.
Netherton host promotin-chasing Burghill and Tillington on Saturday.
